Executive Leadership
Delphine Duncan
Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Delphine Duncan is the President and CEO of Cybersmart LLC. She provides executive leadership for Cybersmart LLC’s strategic direction, growth, business affairs, planning and performance of the team responsible for delivering mission-critical strategic sourcing, professional services and mission success. Mrs. Duncan is an Army veteran, who led her platoon on multiple occasions to accomplish mission critical assignments. Under her leadership and guidance, Cybersmart LLC has been providing innovative solutions to their customers. She has more than 12 years of experience working with a variety of public and private organizations as their subject matter expert (SME) in cybersecurity and management with certifications in CISM, CAP, CEH and Security+ and AWS Solutions Architect Professional. Her multifaceted skillset was key to her success as an IT Security manager at NIH, as well as helping start Cybersmart LLC.
Edmund Duncan
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Mr. Duncan is essential to Cybersmart LLC’s goal to serve as a trusted partner to its national and international clients around the world, providing exceptional service delivery and customer service as the foundation of those partnerships. He has more than 15 years of hands-on technology and security experience and is certified in CISSP, CISM, CISA, CASP+, Security+, Network+, A+ and AWS Solutions Architect Professional. Mr. Duncan focuses on helping Cybersmart’s client needs by leveraging proven technical solutions in Cyber Security, Cognitive Computing, Cloud computing, Enterprise architecture, and Big Data Analytics. He also leads Cybersmart LLC’s Information Technology (IT) business unit and oversees the day-to-day operations of all IT programs. Prior to starting this partnership his wife, Mrs. Delphine Duncan, Mr. Duncan worked as the Information system security manager and Compliance Officer for Planned Systems international, a Federal Contractor focused on supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). There, he developed an information security roadmap that allowed them to build and deploy a robust defense in-depth security solution.
